To help you plan delivery requirements over the Christmas / New Year period, please note the following key dates:
Our operations will be operating on business days, closed on public holidays only:
- Christmas Day Holiday: Wednesday, 25th December
- Boxing Day Holiday: Thursday, 26th December
- New Year’s Day Holiday: Wednesday, 1st January 2025
- Day after New Year’s Day: Thursday, 2nd January 2025 (NZ only)
* Please note there will be an early close of 12:00 pm AEDT / 12:00 pm NZDT on Tuesday, 24th December and Tuesday, 31st December.
* Last orders need to be entered by 10:00 am.
Last ship date for temperature sensitive items:
To ensure temperature sensitive items are not in transit over public holidays, last ship dates, unless otherwise planned will be:
- Prior to Christmas Day: Thursday, 19th December
- Prior to New Year’s Day: Friday, 27th December
Normal operations and shipping schedules resume in Australia on Thursday 2nd January 2025.
