YES1 Antibody (MA5-53838) in WB

Western Blot analysis of YES1. Total cell lysates (30 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with YES1 recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-53838) with a dilution of 1:5,000, followed by HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody with a dilution of 1:20,000. Image was developed using FeQTM ECL Substrate Kit.

YES1 Antibody — Antibody specificity was demonstrated by siRNA mediated knockdown of target protein. HeLa cells were transfected with YES1 shRNA and decrease in signal intensity was observed in Western Blotting using Anti-YES1 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (23GB4945) (Product # MA5-53838) at a dilution of 1:5,000. Secondary antibody used was a goat anti-rabbit (HRP) at a dilution of 1:20,000. {KD}

YES1 is a recombinant human protein kinase that is a member of the SRC family of non-receptor tyrosine kinases and is the cellular homolog of the Yamaguchi sarcoma virus oncogene. It is involved in the regulation of cell growth and survival, including roles in apoptosis, cell-cell adhesion, cytoskeleton remodeling, and differentiation.
