TREM2 Antibody (MA5-47165) in WB

Western blot analysis of TREM2 in Various whole cell extracts (30 µg) separated by 12% SDS-PAGE. Membrane was blotted with TREM2 Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-47165) using a dilution of 1:1,000 followed by HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody. The signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program. {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. View more

Target Information

TREM2 is a membrane protein that forms a receptor signaling complex with TYROBP. The encoded protein may be involved in chronic inflammation by triggering the production of constitutive inflammatory cytokines. Defects in this gene are a cause of polycystic lipomembranous osteodysplasia with sclerosing leukoencephalopathy (PLOSL).
