Synapsin II Antibody (MA5-36141) in IHC (P)

Immunohistochemical analysis of Synapsin II in paraffin-embedded rat bone marrow tissue using a monoclonal antibody (Product #MA5-36141). The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 8.0-8.4) for 20 minutes. The tissues were blocked in 5% BSA for 30 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody (1:200) for 30 ... Target Information

Synapsins (synapsin I, II, III) are a family of synaptic vesicle phosphoproteins that have been implicated in modulation of neurotransmitter release and in synaptogenesis. Synapsin II (SYN2) is composed of two isoforms, synapsin IIa and IIb.
