SUCLG2 Antibody (A305-533A) in WB

Detection of human and mouse SUCLG2 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa, HEK293T, Jurkat, mouse TCMK-1, and mouse NIH 3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SUCLG2 antibody (Product # A305-533A) (lot A305-533A-1) used for WB at 0.4 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds. {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. View more

Product Specific Information

The recommended shelf life for this product is 1 year from date of receipt.

Based on 100% sequence identity, this antibody is predicted to react with Bovine

Target Information

This gene encodes a GTP-specific beta subunit of succinyl-CoA synthetase. Succinyl-CoA synthetase catalyzes the reversible reaction involving the formation of succinyl-CoA and succinate. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Pseudogenes of this gene are found on chromosomes 5 and 12.

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
