Applications Reported: This rat IgG2a isotype control has been reported for use in immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested: This rat IgG2a isotype control has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes. This can be used at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.

Target Information
Rat IgG2a is an immunoglobulin subclass that is commonly used in research and diagnostic applications. Rat IgG2a has a molecular weight of approximately 160 kDa and is composed of two heavy chains and two light chains.
