Phospho-Annexin A1 (Tyr21) Antibody (PA5-105965) in IHC (P)

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded Phospho-Annexin A1 (Tyr21) in human kidney tissue sections. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with Phospho-Annexin A1 (Tyr21) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-105965) using a dilution of 1:200 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit. {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. Product Specific Information

Antibody detects endogenous levels of Annexin A1 only when phosphorylated at Tyr21.

Target Information

Annexin I belongs to a family of Ca (2+) -dependent phospholipid binding proteins that are preferentially located on the cytosolic face of the plasma membrane. Annexin I has a molecular mass of 40 kDa, with phospholipase A2 inhibitory activity. Since phospholipase A2 is required for the biosynthesis of the potent mediators of inflammation, prostaglandins and leukotrienes, annexin I may have potential anti-inflammatory activity.

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
