NR0B1 Antibody (PA5-18716) in ICC/IF

Immunocytochemistry analysis of NR0B1 using NR0B1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-18716) in paraformaldehyde fixed U2OS cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Primary incubation 1hr (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL), showing nuclear and cytoplasmic staining. Actin filaments were stained with phalloidin (red) and the nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL). {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. View more

Product Specific Information

This antibody is tested in Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 32,000.

Target Information

This gene encodes a protein that contains a DNA-binding domain. The encoded protein acts as a dominant-negative regulator of transcription which is mediated by the retinoic acid receptor. This protein also functions as an anti-testis gene by acting antagonistically to Sry. Mutations in this gene result in both X-linked congenital adrenal hypoplasia and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism.
