Product Specific Information

This antibody has been tested in ELISA: the midpoint of the dose response curve is 110 ng/mL using a coating of 1 µg of Binary B toxin. This antibody can be used as a capture antibody (1 µg/well) with ACdBTSB-B or ACdBTSB-HRP in an ELISA format.

Clostridium difficile is a species of bacteria of the genus Clostridium which are Gram-positive, anaerobic, spore-forming rods (bacillus). C.difficile is the most significant cause of pseudomembranous colitis, a severe infection of the colon.
