ChAT Antibody (703789) in WB

Western blot was performed using Anti-ChAT Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (Product # 703789) and a 70 kDa band corresponding to ChAT was observed in the relevant tissue models tested. Tissue extracts (30 µg lysate) of Mouse Brain (Lane 1), Rat Brain (Lane 2), Mouse Cerebellum (Lane 3), Rat Cerebellum (Lane 4), Mouse Kidney (Lane 5), Rat Kidney (Lane 6), Mouse Ovary (Lane 7), Mouse Lung (Lane 8) and Mouse Adipose (Lane 9) were electrophoresed using Novex® NuPAGE® 4-12 % Bis-Tris gel (Product # NP0321BOX). Resolved proteins were then... View More {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. View more
