CXCL12 Antibody (MA5-23759) in ICC/IF

Immunocytochemistry analysis of CXCL12 was detected in immersion fixed human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs; positive staining) and K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line (negative staining). The cells were labeled with CXCL12 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-23759) using a dilution of 8 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red) counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cell membranes. {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. View more

Target Information

CXCL12 is a stromal cell-derived alpha chemokine member of the intercrine family. This gene product and its receptor CXCR4 can activate lymphocytes and have been implicated in the metastasis of some cancers such as breast cancer. Mutations in this gene are associated with resistance to human immunodeficiency virus type 1 infections. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
