CNP Antibody (PA5-103119) in ICC/IF

Immunocytochemistry analysis of CNP in Hela cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with CNP polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-103119) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG(H+L) (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue). {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. View more

Target Information

CNP (2',3'-Cyclic Nucleotide 3' Phosphodiesterase) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with CNP include Leukodystrophy, Hypomyelinating, 20 and Myopia 2, Autosomal Dominant. Among its related pathways are MECP2 and associated Rett syndrome and Glial cell differentiation. Gene Ontology (GO) annotations related to this gene include RNA binding and cyclic nucleotide binding.
