Biotin Antibody (MA5-51923) in ELISA

ELISA analysis of Biotin using Biotin Recombinant Mouse Monoclocal Antibody (Product # MA5-51923; red line) and isotype control (Product # MA5-47752, anti-fluorescein; orange line). ELISA plate was coated with biotin at a concentration of 2.5 µg/mL and a 3-fold serial dilution from 3000 to 0.0169 ng/mL was performed using primary antibody. For signal detection, a 1:4,000 dilution of a HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used. {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. View more
