ATIC Antibody (TA504553) in WB

HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY ATIC (RC203490, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-ATIC. Positive lysates LY418255 (100 µg) and LC418255 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene. {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. View more

Target Information

ATIC is a 5-aminoimidazole-4-carboxamide ribonucleotide formyltransferase which helps catalyze the penultimate and final steps of the de novo purine biosynthetic pathway. The human ATIC cDNA encodes a deduced 591-amino acid protein that is 81% identical to the chicken sequence.
