900-K244K consists of: 900-K244 (capture antibody, detection antibody, and protein standard), and AVIDIN-60UL (avidin HRP-conjugate).
Human PROK1 ABTS ELISA Development Kit contains the key components required for the quantitative measurement of natural and/or recombinant human PROK1 in a sandwich ELISA format. Human PROK1 ABTS ELISA Development Kit contains enough material to assay the target cytokine in at least 1,000 ELISA plate wells.
The ABTS ELISA Buffer Kit (Product # 900-K00), sold separately, is recommended to be used in conjunction with this ABTS ELISA Development Kit for optimal performance. This buffer kit contains all the necessary components to assay ten 96-well ELISA plates (included) and contains detailed handling instructions.
Endocrine gland-derived vascular endothelial growth factor induces proliferation, migration, and fenestration in capillary endothelial cells derived from endocrine glands. Its expression is induced by hypoxia and is restricted to the steroidogenic glands. Its expression is often complementary to the expression of VEGF, suggesting that these molecules function in a coordinated manner.
