SOX15 Antibody (PA5-48044) in ICC/IF

Immunocytochemistry analysis of SOX15 was detected in immersion fixed A431 human epithelial carcinoma cell line (positive staining) and HUVEC human umbilical vein endothelial cells (negative staining). The cells were labeled with SOX15 Sheep Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-48044) using a dilution of 5 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (red) counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to nuclei. Staining was performed u... View More {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. View more

Product Specific Information

In Western blots, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) SOX1, rhSOX2, rhSOX5, rhSOX6, rhSOX7, rhSOX10, rhSOX12, rhSOX14, rhSOX15, rhSOX17, and rhSOX21 is observed.

Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

Target Information

SOX15 is a member of the SOX (SRY-related HMG-box) family of transcription factors and is involved in the regulation of embryonic development and in the determination of cell fate. The encoded protein may act as a transcriptional regulator after forming a protein complex with other proteins.

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
