SFRP2 Antibody (PA5-106726) in IHC (P)

Immunohistochemistry analysis of SFRP2 in mouse muscle tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with SFRP2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-106726) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody. {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. Product Specific Information

Antibody detects endogenous levels of total SFRP2.

Target Information

This gene encodes a member of the SFRP family that contains a cysteine-rich domain homologous to the putative Wnt-binding site of Frizzled proteins. SFRPs act as soluble modulators of Wnt signaling. Methylation of this gene is a potential marker for the presence of colorectal cancer.

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
