RANK (soluble) Antibody (500-P144BT-25UG) in ELISA

Sandwich ELISA: To detect Human sRANK Receptor by sandwich ELISA (using 100 µL/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.25-1.0 µg/mL of RANK (soluble) Polyclonal Antibody, Biotin (Product # 500-P144BT-1MG) is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech RANK (soluble) Polyclonal Antibody (Product # 500-P144-1MG) as a capture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of Recombinant Human sRANK Receptor. {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. Preparation: Produced from sera of rabbits immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human sRANK Receptor. Anti-Human sRANK Receptor-specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then biotinylated.

Sandwich ELISA: To detect Human sRANK Receptor by sandwich ELISA (using 100 µL/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.25-1.0 µg/mL of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech Polyclonal Anti-Human sRANK Receptor (500-P144) as a capture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of Recombinant Human sRANK Receptor.

Western Blot: To detect hsRANK Receptor by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2 µg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for Recombinant hsRANK Receptor is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.

500-P144BT-1MG will be provided as 2 x 500 µg

Target Information

RANK is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) family. The full length mouse RANK cDNA encodes a type I transmembrane protein with an extracellular and a cytoplasmic domain. The extracellular domain contains two potential N-linked glycosylation sites. RANK shares significant amino acid homology with other members of the TNFR family in its extracellular four cysteine-rich repeats. Human and murine RANK share 81% amino acid identity in their extracellular domains.
