PAR1 Antibody (HA500159) in WB

Western blot analysis of PAR1 on different lysates. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% BSA in PBS for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (HA500159, 1:1,000) was used in 5% BSA at room temperature for 2 hours. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody (HA1001) at 1:200,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature. Positive control: Lane 1: Rat kidney tissue lysate Lane 2: Mouse kidney tissue lysate. {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. View more

Target Information

Thrombin is a serine protease that is involved in platelet aggregation and blood coagulation. It is cleaved from its precursor, prothrombin, and converts fibrinogen to fibrin in the final step of the clotting cascade. Thrombin mediates its regulatory effects by activating cell surface G-protein coupled receptors which include PAR-1, PAR-2 and PAR3.
