KLF2 Antibody (CF806992) in WB

HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY KLF2 (RC210042, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-KLF2. Positive lysates LY414082 (100 µg) and LC414082 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene. {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. View more

Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, we recommend adding 100 µL distilled water to a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL. To use this carrier-free antibody for conjugation experiments, we strongly recommend performing another round of desalting. (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7KMWCO, 0.5 mL, Product # 89882)

Target Information

KLF2 belongs to the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. It contains 3 C2H2-type zinc fingers. KLF2 binds to the CACCC box in the beta-globin gene promoter and activates transcription.
