ING1 Antibody (PA5-47772) in ICC/IF

Immunocytochemistry analysis of ING1 was detected in immersion fixed HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line. The cells were labeled with ING1 Goat Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47772) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained with the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red, upper panel) counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel). {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. Product Specific Information

In direct ELISAs, approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) ING2 and less than 1% cross-reactivity with with rhING3, rhING4, and rhING5 is observed.

Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

Target Information

This gene encodes a tumor suppressor protein that can induce cell growth arrest and apoptosis. The encoded protein is a nuclear protein that physically interacts with the tumor suppressor protein TP53 and is a component of the p53 signaling pathway. Reduced expression and rearrangement of this gene have been detected in various cancers. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
