GNG3 Antibody (PA5-103876) in ICC/IF

Immunocytochemistry analysis of GNG3 in A549 cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with GNG3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-103876) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG(H+L) (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue). {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. View more

Product Specific Information

Antibody detects endogenous levels of total GNG3.

Target Information

Guanine nucleotide-binding proteins (G proteins) are involved as a modulator or transducer in various transmembrane signaling systems. The beta and gamma chains are required for the GTPase activity, for replacement of GDP by GTP, and for G protein-effector interaction.

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
