ENTPD2 Antibody (PA5-47777) in WB

Western blot analysis of ENTPD2 in mouse salivary gland tissue and rat placenta tissue. Samples were incubated in ENTPD2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47777) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for CD39L1/ENTPD2 at approximately 80 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions. {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. View more

Product Specific Information

In direct ELISAs, less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) CD39, rmCD39L2, and rmCD39L3 is observed.

Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

Target Information

The protein encoded by this gene is the type 2 enzyme of the ecto-nucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase family (E-NTPDase). E-NTPDases are a family of ecto-nucleosidases that hydrolyze 5'-triphosphates. This ecto-ATPase is an integral membrane protein. Alternative splicing of this gene results in multiple transcript variants.

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
