Product Specific Information

Reconstitute in 100 µL of sterile water. Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material. Store lyophilized antibody at 2-8 °C. After reconstitution keep aliquots at -20 °C for a higher stability, and at 4 °C with an appropriate antibacterial agent. Avoid repetitive freeze/thaw cycles. Glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability.

Target Information

The protein encoded by this gene is an oxidoreductase belonging to the copper type II, ascorbate-dependent monooxygenase family. It is present in the synaptic vesicles of postganglionic sympathetic neurons and converts dopamine to norepinephrine. It exists in both soluble and membrane-bound forms, depending on the absence or presence, respectively, of a signal peptide.

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
