Claspin Antibody (PA5-102840) in IHC (P)

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded Claspin in human gastric tissue. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with Claspin polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-102840) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit. {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. Product Specific Information

Antibody detects endogenous levels of total Claspin.

Target Information

Xenopus claspin is an essential upstream regulator of checkpoint kinase 1 and triggers a checkpoint arrest of the cell cycle in the presence of DNA templates in Xenopus egg extracts. The human gene appears to be the homolog Xenopus claspin and its function has not been determined.
