CRCP Antibody (MA5-44746) in ICC/IF

Immunocytochemistry analysis of CRCP in SH-SY5Y cells. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes at 37 &(8)451;, permeabilized with 0.05% Triton X-100 in PBS for 20 minutes, and then blocked with 2% negative goat serum for 30 minutes at room temperature. Samples were incubated in CRCP Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-44746) using a dilution of 1:200 in 2% negative goat serum overnight at 4 &(8)451; followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:1,000.
