CDK5RAP3 Antibody (PA5-116477) in ICC/IF

Immunocytochemical analysis of CDK5RAP3 in SHSY5Y cells using a CDK5RAP3 polyclonal antibody (Product #PA5-116477). Formalin fixed cells, as seen in green, were permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in TBS for 10 minutes at room temperature and blocked with 1% Blocker BSA for 15 minutes at room temperature. Cells were probed with the primary antibody ( 1:100) for 1 hour at room temperature, washed with PBS. Alexa Fluor®488 Goat anti-Rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody at 1:100 dilution. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue). {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. View more

Product Specific Information

Positive controls: MCF-7 cell lysates, LOVO, PC-3M, SHSY5Y.

Target Information

This gene encodes a protein that has been reported to function in signaling pathways governing transcriptional regulation and cell cycle progression. It may play a role in tumorigenesis and metastasis. A pseudogene of this gene is located on the long arm of chromosome 20. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants that encode different isoforms. [provided by RefSeq, May 2013].
